Research Focus
We fund NSW-based research in heart disease or cancer that is:
> Translational, bridging laboratory discoveries with clinical applications> Innovative, advancing the field significantly> Ideally addressing under-researched or less well-funded areas of heart disease and cancer> Conducted within established institutions, supported by strong infrastructure and respected lead investigators> Inclusive of diverse communities, ideally covering all ages and including and Indigenous health considerations
Our funding has helped launch impactful projects including the seed funding to start the Heart Foundation.
